As a matter of fact, a lettering tattoo is probably the most direct way to express yourself. You can see someone that has a tattoo and have no idea what it is but to that person it has so much meaning. It can be a tattoo meaning about your pet, your child, a grandparent and no one would know what’s behind it. It is like your own personal little secret that you don’t have to share with anyone.

I cannot stress enough how important tattoo care is after your ink session is over. Depending on how you take care of your tattoo while it’s healing, this can affect the overall look of your tattoo down the line. So, please make sure to follow your artists recommendations on how to care for your tattoo as it heals.

Personally, I wash my tattoo with basic, non scented soap and always tap it dry. You can then either keep re-applying a tattoo care ointment, never leaving it to get dry. Another new technique that I have tried lately is tattoo aftercare bandages which I will also tag below.

The cleanser Spectro Gel is the perfect way to clean your tattoo because it is a basic cleanser with no added colours or scents. Overall, this is great product for your body due to its simplistic ingredients.

This is a fairly new technique on tattoo after care. Instead of dealing with ointments to heal your body art, all you have to do is cover up your new tattoo with this aftercare bandage and you literally forget about your tattoo for a week.
