So, please make sure to follow your artists recommendations on how to care for your tattoo as it heals.
Personally, I wash my tattoo with basic, non scented soap and always tap it dry. You can then either keep re-applying a tattoo care ointment, never leaving it to get dry. Another new technique that I have tried lately is tattoo aftercare bandages which I will also tag below
